Our traditional wine, vinified with rigor and simplicity. Garganega in all its beauty and goodness, hand-picked and bottled. An extremely elegant wine, which represents the profound bond that exists between this native grape and the red soil, of volcanic origin of the Val d’Alpone for hundreds of years now.

Color: straw yellow

Perfume: mineral sensations of flint with floral and citrus notes

Taste: fresh, complex and persistent with sensations of cedar, apricot and elderflower

"Recorbian"

Soave Superiore DOCG

From the best Garganega bunches left to ripen a little longer under the mild October sun, Recorbian is born. A wine with great structure and rich in minerality, strongly representative of the volcanic hills of Terrossa and Roncร . The idea of Soave Superiore that Giulia and Antonio realized through a mature and important Garganega, left to rest in the cellar, in steel tanks and then in the bottle for a few years – of which they are extremely proud. Its excellent persistence and elegant pleasantness are evidence of a strong and intriguing structure, to be discovered sip after sip.

Color: shining straw yellow color with golden reflections

Perfume: fine and dynamic balance, playing between the sweetness of tropical fruit and an engaging mineral vein

Taste: important body and structure, excellently supported by freshness and flavor

"Val Serina"

Pinot Grigio delle Venezie DOC

Franchetto’s Pinot Grigio vineyards are located in Vestenanova, 500 m. above sea level. Here the vines have their roots in a soil that 45 millions of years ago was the bottom of a tropical sea and which today offers, in addition to highly quality grapes, also important marine fossil finds – such as the Angelfish represented on the label. Giulia defines it as her โ€œmountain Pinot Grigioโ€. Here the microclimate and the environment, interpreted by a great winemaker like Antonio, give rise to a wine that presents great refinement and harmony, fragrance and freshness, with a distinctive mineral vein

Nose: refined and harmonious, it has aromas of white pulp fruit and delicate spicy notes

Taste: fresh, savory and persistent, with a perfectly integrated mineral vein
