This wine, after the tirage, rests on the yeasts, in the bottle, for at least 36/48 months. The evolution of Durella always amazes us, with every disgorgement. She manages to make the wine she gives life to a perfect synthesis of herself and the basaltic soil on which it grew. In fact, in this interpretation the lime and lemon are still very present, together with light notes of yeast and bread crust. The flint is always there, ready to remind us of the black soil in which the vines sink their roots.
